In order to make your trip to our office as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, we ask that you comply with a few simple policies.
• We are open 7 days a week, but by appointment only. Absolutely no walk-ins are allowed and same-day scheduling not always guaranteed.
• We require 12 hour notice for all cancellations.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first scheduled appointment so that you have ample time to fill out our client intake form.
• Late arrival to your appointment may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. Please be aware that a late arrival may not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full session.
• Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in an additional fee during your next session. The fee will be 50% of the cost of your missed appointment.
• Draping is mandatory at our practice. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks will result in the immediate termination of the session. You will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
•We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
