In order to make your trip to our office as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, we ask that you comply with a few simple policies.
• We are open Monday through Saturday, by appointment only. Walk-ins are not allowed and same-day scheduling is not always guaranteed.
• We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first scheduled appointment so that you have ample time to fill out our client intake form.
• Late arrival to your appointment may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. Late arrival may not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full session.
• Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in an additional fee during your next session. The fee will be 100% of the cost of your missed appointment.
• We understand that life happens and things occur beyond our control, but if appointments are repeatedly cancelled last minute or there is a no-show without any communication, we are unable to offer another appointment in the future. Our time is valuable, as well as yours! Thank you.
• Draping is mandatory at our practice. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks will result in the immediate termination of the session. You will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
•We accept all major credit cards and cash.
